
To be successful in this role, we expect you to be highly technologically literate with excellent working knowledge of studio equipment and relevant DAWs. About You This role will suit someone with previous experience managing a studio, live musicproduction, audio engineering, filming and editing content. Managing and overseeing both in-house and on-location events and productions, you will ensure the timely creation of world-class, broadcast quality content which will ultimately be distributed and repurposed over a wide range of channels and platforms globally. Working closely with the events management team and a diverse range of artists, content creators, educators and exemplars, the Production and Studio Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the productions and events portfolio in the areas of: training, productions, concerts, masterclasses, clinics, webinars and podcasts.

The role will initially be a remote working position but will require you to be based in their London studio when we return to more normal practices.

You will be required to bring organisation and forward planning to the role along with a strong budgetary awareness to ensure that the design team is used to its full capacity, ensuring that the correct people are on the correct jobs, booking freelance resource when needed and helping the department to work in a pro–active and not reactive way.Īpplicants must come from an above the line/integrated background and have extensive experience of trafficking for creative teams. This is a new role within the agency, created to help manage workflow and plan resource for creative teams, designers, editors and writers, liaising with all the various internal stakeholders to ensure that resource is planned correctly and efficiently. We are working with one of London‘s biggest integrated communications agency to help them find a resource/traffic manager.
